This Privacy Policy explains how Jomie ("the App," "we," "us") handles information. It covers the App on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. The App is developed by Jonathan Levert. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

The short version

We do not collect or store personal information about you on our own servers. The App has no accounts and no login. Your game progress stays on your device and may sync or back up through your own private Apple or Google account, depending on your platform and settings. The App shows ads through Google AdMob, which collects certain device and usage data to serve and measure those ads.

Information we collect

Information you provide: None. The App has no sign-up, login, or profile.

Game progress and settings: Your level progress, best scores, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

On iOS, if you have iCloud enabled, this data may sync via Apple's iCloud Key-Value storage to your other devices.
On Android, this data may be included in Android's Auto Backup, which stores it in your private Google account backup and restores it when you reinstall.

In both cases the data lives in your own private Apple or Google account; we cannot read or access it.

Information collected automatically (advertising): The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect:

device advertising identifiers — the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS, or the Advertising ID on Android — where permitted
device information (model, operating system, language, settings)
general location derived from IP address
ad interaction and usage/diagnostic data
