Privacy Policy — Jomie

Last updated: June 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Jomie ("the App," "we," "us") handles information. The App is developed by Jonathan Levert. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

The short version

We do not collect or store personal information about you on our own servers. The App has no accounts and no login. Your game progress stays on your device and, if you use iCloud, syncs through your private Apple iCloud account. The App shows ads through Google AdMob, which collects certain device and usage data to serve and measure those ads.

Information we collect

Information you provide: None. The App has no sign-up, login, or profile.

Game progress and settings: Your level progress, best scores, and preferences are stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, this data may sync via Apple's iCloud Key-Value storage to your other devices. This data lives in your private iCloud account; we cannot read or access it.

Information collected automatically (advertising): The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect:

We do not receive your identifiers or this advertising data in a form that identifies you; it is processed by Google. See Google's practices: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

How information is used

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and tracking choices

On iOS 14.5+ the App asks, via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether you allow tracking. If you decline, the App and AdMob will not use the IDFA to track you, and you may see less relevant (non-personalized) ads instead.
